~What should we know?  Slice the lettuce into 1/4 inch strips. Thinly slice the onion, cucumber, and tomato. Put it in a bowl and crumble feta cheese on top. Add some yogurt, vinaigrette and salt and pepper. Mix well and roll in a pita. This is based on a classic from Towne Red Hots (Greek diner) in Buffalo, NY.

**A Moment for Us-Just You and Moi**
~Yes, as you may have realized by now, I’m a lover of smooth jazz music. Of course, all most music has it’s time and place for me. But the past few years have found that “sj” is a real genre, and was so thrilled that music that I had come across and liked, actually had its own market, listeners, and radio stations! Would like to introduce you to a great internet station…www.sky.fm. It has multitudes of genres, but there is a Smooth Jazz Channel, AND (PTL!) an Uptempo Smooth Jazz Channel. A guy named Jimi King, out of London, England, seems to be a major player in this station. He also streams live video from the London studio on Sundays (12noon-2EDT). You can check out his Facebook page too-www.facebook.com/skysmoothjazz. Just wanted to share that with you.

**And Finally…**
If I can do this properly, would like to send you a picture of  “confused, snow-covered spring flowers in Buffalo”…from stephenjames716 on Twitter-

Thanks for swinging by today. Keep it real…keep in smooth ‘n’ jazzy…
